#41 Craig Seaton – Being Fully You. For Your Benefit And That Of All Around You.

The Pursuit of Enhancement Podcast

LISTEN ON Apple Podcasts

Today I’m delighted to be joined from Manchester in the UK by Craig Seaton; holistic health & self development coach, breathwork & meditation teacher, lucid dreamer, explorer of consciousness and founder or CS Life Holistics.

His purpose is to help others find their meaning in life and uncover what a human being is truly capable of.

CS Life Holistics is about uniting the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of ourselves.  Through working with the mind, looking after our physical health, understanding our emotions and exploring spirituality, balance will be achieved.

Craig runs workshops, speaks at events, holds group sessions and works one on one with clients.

From meditation to physical exercise, philosophy to breathe work, psychology to emotional awareness. Craig shapes the teachings he shares to be understood in a practical way to benefit as many people as possible.

Today we’ll be chatting about

  • Consciousness & meditation
  • Breathwork
  • Spirituality in the modern age
  • Holistic Health & healing

And a whole host more, who knows what rabbit holes we may dive down today.

One thing that stood out for me was that Enlightenment is not a state or a destination, it’s a journey and an ongoing pursuit. When we stop searching for this thing that may seem elusive we see that Life is happening now.

Let me know what stood out for you by leaving a comment.
